  • Any order placed online for delivery of a product listed by kostha pickles can be canceled only via the use of internet services or through the official phone number within a time frame of 24 hours post the placement of the order.
  • After 24 hours are complete, order cancellations shall not be entertained at any cost.
  • Orders for immediate delivery or advanced orders shall also be subjected to the cancellation policy.
  • After the user places an order via kostha pickles, he/she cannot opt for a refund or cancellation after completion of 24 hours.

In any event, if the customer isn’t satisfied with food quality or the standard of our products, the user cannot seek any kind of refund or cancellation for the billed amount. At kostha pickles, we always ensure that the products listed by us are of optimum quality. In case of the shortfall for any delivery or spilling of food items along with any kind of damage during the transit can be opted for a refund. The user can get in touch with our customer support team or send the grievance through a mail at support@kosthapickles.com. This should be done within a time frame of 24 hours after receiving the product. The user needs to send the images for the spilled or damaged product for verification purpose via mail. After complete verification of the pictures, the team shall start the replacement process for the damaged product.
